At Skillful Sprout, we are committed to getting our busy binders into your little one’s hands as quickly and safely as possible. We currently offer shipping across the UAE with straightforward, flat-rate pricing.

Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping costs simple and transparent:

• Standard Delivery (Orders below 100 AED): 10 AED
• Free Delivery: All orders of 100 AED or more automatically qualify for free shipping at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Times

Because our products range from ready-to-ship binders to custom-assembled materials, our delivery timelines depend on the items in your order:

• Standard Orders (2 Business Days): For our standard, non-customized materials, your order will be processed, and dispatched within 2 business days from the time of purchase.
• Personalized Orders (3 Business Days): For custom items, such as busy binders customized with a child’s name or specific curriculum requests, we require a little extra time for manufacturing and assembly. These orders will be dispatched within 3 business days.

Note: If your order contains both standard and personalized items, the entire order will ship together and follow the 3-business-day dispatch timeline.

Delivery Days & Times

Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public UAE holidays. Our courier partners will typically contact you via phone or SMS on the day of delivery to confirm your location and a convenient drop-off time.

Order Tracking

Once your Skillful Sprout package has been handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address and active mobile number are correct at checkout. Skillful Sprout is not responsible for delayed or returned deliveries resulting from incorrect or missing address details.
