How quickly do you respond to messages?
We reply within one business day (Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm GST). Messages sent over the weekend or on public holidays are answered the next working day.
Can I place a wholesale or nursery order?
Yes, we work with nurseries, early learning centres, and retailers across the UAE. Mention 'Wholesale' in the subject line, or email us directly with your requirements.
Do you take custom or personalised orders?
We offer custom branded orders for corporate gifting and events. Mention 'Partnership' in the subject line and tell us about your project. Minimum order quantities apply.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on physical products. If a binder arrives damaged or you are not happy with it, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
Do you ship internationally?
Physical binders are shipped within the UAE only. For customers outside the UAE, every product is available as a digital PDF download you can print at home. Instant delivery worldwide.
Can I visit your office or showroom?
We operate as a home based business and are happy to welcome visitors by appointment. Please email or WhatsApp us to arrange a time that works.
