Refund and Returns Policy

At Skillful Sprout, we take pride in the quality of our busy books and play kits. Due to the handmade and interactive nature of our products, our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Physical Returns

To be eligible for a return, your physical item (such as busy binders, activity mats, or play kits) must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it.

• All interactive elements (e.g., velcro cutouts, loose sorting pieces, dry-erase markers) must be accounted for and included.
• Laminated pages must not be bent, scratched, or written on.
• The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our intellectual property and the custom nature of our business, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Digital Downloads: Any PDF worksheets, printable activities, or digital files. All digital sales are final once the download link has been provided.
• Personalized Items: Any busy binders or worksheets customized with a child’s name or specific tailored curriculum requests.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the materials. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges for Damaged Goods

We ensure our materials are durable, but if your items arrive defective or damaged during transit, we will replace them. Please email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]/+971501603806 with a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement of the exact item.

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund if we arrange the courier.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please do not ship it back immediately. Contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the issue within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
